This is quite the issue to troubleshoot and an annyoying one at that! First look for any locations closer and would have decent line of sight to the bar for trouble shooting purposes. Bluetooth annoyingly is on the 2.4 ghz band so cell phones and other electronics could be interferring this can be reduced by distance closing. Second get the LG music flow app and make sure firmware is up to date. This could shore up any problems with the talking that occurs between bar and woofer. If nothing is helping look for any electronics that could interfere cell phones computer connected to WiFi etc. If none of this works then it's simply going out. It is possible to buy replacement parts and sync them up if you are interested/invested enough to do so. Best of luck!
