Well if you have the SJ9 soundbar, plug your Xbox 1 into the HDMI in port. Always use the soundbar for sound, not the tv speakers. If you don't have the soundbar, get one! But if so, just plug it into the tv and use t.v. speakers, just think about getting a soundbar or speaker set.
