Will this work in a room with an arching ceiling? null

I have it installed in a garage with an unfinished ceiling (open beams) and it sounds really good. It kicks the sound to the other side of the room, but I have it on one side of the "V" of the ceiling. Sound Bar /\ Couch.

For the up firing speakers in the LG LG - 5.1.2-Channel Hi-Res Audio Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Dolby Atmos - Black, Model # SJ9 or for Dolby Speaker placement, the ideal ceiling height is between 7.5 and 12 feet and the maximum recommended height is 14 feet. The ceiling should be flat and made from an acoustically reflective material, such as drywall or plaster...^IFV
