Will this work properly with a LG75NANO75UQA tv? null

Yes. Use an eArc HDMI connection.....not all hdmi cords support eArc....and go through the TV control sound settings to choose HDMI eArc as the sound option on the TV . Be sure and download the " LG soundbar" app to phone or tablet and use that to update firmware and control soundbar settings.

I using it with a 55" Samsung 3D TV and it works fine.
