“We just set-up the LG OLED TV connected to the LG 5.1.2 sound bar. Watching our first action movie there was terrible feedback above volume 30. We are streaming the movie via the Internet connection, over you tube TV. Can anyone help?”

You tube TV may not deliver all the details this speaker can handle. There are a few 4K Dolby Atmos sound videos on you tube you can used for tuning the ears. This speaker has different sound modes like AI sounds, not the one I preferred, the cinema, I use it for true digital content. Check out the others options. The best connection for the best performance will be using HDMI Arc to TV. If content is not supported, maybe is better to switch to Bluetooth or optical. The speaker with the right content and correct settings is amazing.
