It’s a defective model haven’t had that issue once going on 2 months of daily use I’d ask for an exchange
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I setup my system I did not have any popping. But I did have to download the app. to my phone to set the volume for my rear speakers. Try that and so you can turn down the volume.
