“I have a new OLED tv with multiple HDMI ports & eARC. I want to hookup Tivo, Roku and Apple TV. Can I simply run all 3 sources to TV's HDMI and then one from TV eARC to soundbar? Or does this soundbar require all HDMI inputs going to it first then to TV”

Yes, the typical setup would be to connect all your video devices to your TV via HDMI, then connect the soundbar to the TV's eARC HDMI port. The sound from those devices will then output to the soundbar. Alternatively, you can connect an optical cable from your TV to the soundbar and use the eARC HDMI port as another extra HDMI input for your TV.
