A small portion of the bottom will be blocked. The space from the bottom of the TV and the tabletop is roughly 2.5" or less and the height of the Soundbar is 2.2". ^Daphane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually built a "riser" from a piece of 2 X 10, had it cut to the side of the base and painted it flat black. I put it under my 65" C1 then place the soundbar in front of it. I actually added 4 clear, self adhesive feel to the soundbar to lift it off the tv stand. The combination of the difference in sizes, the riser I made and the clear feet I added make it all fit perfectly. In addition, due to the size of the soundbar, you can't see the riser at all. It's the perfect combination that avoids any screen blockage and look great. Trust me, I'm not one for less than perfect installs. See pictures included.

If you have the TV on a wall mount, you will not want to use the wall mounting brackets that are included, The issue is that the upward firing speakers for Dolby Atmos would fire into the bottom of the TV. You would want to get something like the RocketFish mount. The Soundbar would hang 4 to 6 inches below the TV so the upward firing speakers have a clear shot to your ceiling. With the Rockfish, you would see two curved black metal rods extending below the TV.
