Try pressing the bluetooth button on the soundbar and rescan in bluetooth connection settings on your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello there, Dave. Thank you for reaching out with your question. We understand your situation regarding the LG ThinQ app not finding your S60TR soundbar after the LG Soundbar app's support ended. First, let's ensure the soundbar is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network and is powered on. You can try these steps: Reboot the soundbar: Unplug it from the power source for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the connection. Check Wi-Fi connection: Make sure the soundbar is on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Update firmware: If possible, check for any available firmware updates via the USB port, as the soundbar supports over-the-air updates. Once these steps are completed, try reconnecting the soundbar via the LG ThinQ app again. https://www.lg.com/us/sound-bars/lg-s60tr-sound-bar#pdp_specs If you continue to experience difficulty, please send us a private message on Social Media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you further with troubleshooting or explore other solutions.
