“I use the extra hot water setting for towels and throughout most of the 2 hours there is no movement, so how are they supposed to get clean?? I think they should at least be moving around to get clean.”

The washer spends more time sitting there doing nothing than washing. Ridiculous way of duping the public into inferior products. Never again. Mine did not even give me a hot wash because it added cold water to the hot. Over 3 hours to wash one load.

It adds only cold water, so now my hot water is not hot. It took 3 hrs and 35 minutes to attempt to wash one load on towels in hot water, which I put my hand in, and it was cool, not even warm. I returned the washer. It just is a ridiculous waste of money. 3 hrs to get a load to wash hot that is not even hot.
