“Our hot water supply is very weak and even on the hottest setting the water is cold if I unlock and check, and it doesn’t fill up enough water level. Shouldn’t the machine fill it for as long as needed to reach the water level and use internal heater?”

• Hello, the internal heater is only there to bring up the water temperature for the Sanitary, Allergiene™, and Steam cycles/functions. The unit must still be connected to adequate hot and cold water inlets. ^AC
