Mega Capacity Smart Top Load Washer with 4-Way® Agitator, EasyUnload™ with TurboWash™ 3D Technology& AI Sensing, Model # WT8405CW. It does not have LG's ezDispense® Automatic Dispenser that you can just fill the reservoirs once and you’re set for up to 14 to 25 wash cycles, and will add just the right amount for each load size—at just the right time. You can even get an alert on your smartphone when it’s time to refill, This washer is designed for use with only HE (High-Efficiency) detergents. For proper wash performance, you should always measure detergent using the measuring device provided by the detergent manufacturer. For an average load, use less than half of the recommended maximum. You will need to use less detergent for soft water, light soil, or smaller loads, and use extra care when measuring 2X and 3X concentrated detergents because even a small amount of extra detergent can lead to problems. Never use more than the maximum amount of detergent recommended by the manufacturer. Using too much detergent can lead to oversudsing, poor rinsing, detergent buildup in clothing, and residue buildup that can contribute to odors in the washer...^Ivan.

We understand your preference for function over efficiency, especially regarding the Deep Fill option. Currently, the Deep Fill feature is not designed to be set automatically for every load. You will need to press and hold the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds before starting each wash cycle to add the maximum amount of water. This ensures flexibility in adjusting water levels based on your specific needs.   • QuestionThe amperes indicates 60 which is 3X higher than any other washing machine. Most are in the range of 15 to 20. In your manual it states that it is 60HZ which is COMPLETELY different than amperes. Please CLARIFY. Need to cancel order if 60 amps!!!!

If the washer is running, you can use the Start/Pause Button to pause the cycle without losing the current settings. However, if the Start/Pause button is not pressed to start the selected cycle, after a delay, the washer automatically turns off, and all cycle settings are lost. Any water remaining in the drum will be drained...^Ivan.

    • Answer Using too much detergent, leaving wet clothes in the machine, and using hard water are all common causes of scrud buildup in your washing machine. Regular cleaning of your washing machine drum, rubber seal, and filters in the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 5.3 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Smart Top Load Washer with TurboWash3D™ Technology - Alpine White, Model # WT8405CW, can help prevent scrud buildup and extend the life of your machine. If your multiple attempts to clean the scrud ahve done nothing to resolve the issue, you may have a hard water issue. Hard water contains high levels of minerals like calcium and magnesium, which can leave deposits on the washer's surfaces over time. These deposits, known as scrud, can lead to corrosion of the washer's internal components and reduce its lifespan. You may want to consider installing a water softener, which can help remove minerals from your water and reduce the risk of buildup in your washing machine. The washer is designed for use with only HE (High-Efficiency) detergents. HE detergents produce fewer suds, dissolve more efficiently to improve washing and rinsing performance, and help to keep the interior of the washer clean. Using a detergent that is not HE may cause oversudsing and unsatisfactory performance, which could result in error codes, cycle failure, and washer damage. You should run the Tub Clean cycle monthly to remove residue and prevent odor. Inspect and clean the rubber gaskets and seals.
