Q: QuestionHow can I choose the temperature I need to bake with convection?

• A:Answer To select the temperature for the Bake cycle on the LG - 5.4 Cu. Ft. Freestanding Gas Range - Stainless steel, Model # LRE3061ST, Press Bake. 350° appears in the display and BAKE flashes. Select the oven temperature by pressing pr pressing and holding the + or - buttons. Pressing the - button decreases the temperature and pressing the + button increases the temperature. Press Start to accept the temperature change. As the oven preheats, the temperature is displayed and rises in 5-degree increments. Once the oven reaches the set temperature, a tone sounds and the oven light blinks on and off. You can find these instructions on page 31 of your owner's manual for the range oven...^IFV

Q: QuestionIs the top element in the oven just for broil or is it supposed to work along with the bottom element? it took 3x the cook time on the bag to cook tater tots and I noticed no fire at top only at the bottom.

Q: QuestionThe specs say pilot but another LG says electronic ignition. Does this oven always have a pilot lit? If so where?

• A:Answer This unit has an electric ignition.Select a surface burner knob and simultaneously push in and turn to the Lite position. You will hear a clicking sound indicating proper operation of the spark module. Once the air has been purged from the supply lines the burner should ignite within 4 seconds. After the burner ignites, rotate the knob out of the Lite position. Try each burner in succession until all burners have been checked. ^CP

Q: QuestionI see in the specifications that is says it does not come with a propane conversion kit, but I have seen elsewhere that it does. Does this oven come with the propane conversion kit?

• A:Answer Yes, it does come with a propane conversion kit. Just be sure that when you place your order that they know you have propane so they send out the correct crew to install it - a crew that is licensed to install ranges that need to be converted.

Q: Questionis the lrg 3081 (which was discontinued) a better product than the lrg 3061, or are they the same

• A:Answer The two ranges have slightly different specs. The LRG3081 has a door lock but the LRG3061 does not. Also the KW and Amp rating at 120V is 540kw and 4.5A on the LRG3081 and it is 460kW and 3.8A. Gas Single Oven Range with EasyClean®, Model # LRG3061BD is shipped from the factory configured for use with Natural Gas but can be can be converted for use with Liquefied Propane (LP) gas. The LP Nozzle Conversion Kit is attached on the back of the oven. The range must be properly adjusted by a qualified service technician or installer for the type of gas (natural or LP) that is to be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or property damage. The qualified agency performing these adjustments assumes the responsibility for the conversion. ^CP
