QuestionOur interior glass pane exploded the first time using it. Do you need the interior pane of glass in order to bake while we are waiting for a resolution from LG and Best Buy? Sounds like a silly question but its been over 2 wks not sure how much longer.

- Answer We regret to read that the interior glass in your LG 5.4 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Range with EasyClean®, Model # LRG3060ST exploded the first time you used the oven and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and that it is taking this long to get the issue resolved. Hopefully everyone is safe. There is a vacuum between the interior glass and the outer glass that is designed to prevent heat transference from the oven while you are using it so the outer glass does not heat up and cause any burns if touched...^IFV

- Answer Hi Kareem. A griddle is not included with the LG 5.4 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Range with EasyClean®, Model # LRG3060ST. This range oven is not compatible with our griddles. It has a circular center burner and our griddles can only be used with ovens that have an oval shaped center burner...^IFV

QuestionOur unit that arrived has a green clock background color. Pictures online at best buy show a white clock background color. Is there a way to change this? I bought this unit on purpose so it would match our other LG appliances that have white background

- Answer While I do appreciate the timely response, it is also equally regrettable that both LG and Best Buy decided to use photos of the LRG3194ST, a much more expensive unit at $989.99 and VISUALLY IDENTICAL to the unit I bought, the LRG3060ST, to advertise on their sites. It is practically a bait and switch at this point, as I'm sure LG marketing knew a unit that looked like it came with a sleek and modern white LED design would sell faster and better, especially at a good price, than one that came with a green LED which is something an old range from 2002 would sport.

Gas Single Oven Range with EasyClean®, Model # LRG3060ST is designed for closed-door broiling and features a 15500 BTU (natural gas) / 12500 BTU (LP gas) Broil Element. The door needs to be closed to set the Broil function. The Broil button can be found next to the Bake button on the oven's Control Panel...^IFV
