“Our interior glass pane exploded the first time using it. Do you need the interior pane of glass in order to bake while we are waiting for a resolution from LG and Best Buy? Sounds like a silly question but its been over 2 wks not sure how much longer.”

We regret to read that the interior glass in your LG 5.4 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Range with EasyClean®, Model # LRG3060ST exploded the first time you used the oven and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and that it is taking this long to get the issue resolved. Hopefully everyone is safe. There is a vacuum between the interior glass and the outer glass that is designed to prevent heat transference from the oven while you are using it so the outer glass does not heat up and cause any burns if touched...^IFV
