QuestionI pressed the defrost button on my fridge because I had a ton of ice. it melted but do I need to do anything else to make sure the temperature is at an optimal level so it keeps my food cold like it should? don't want anything spoiling.

QuestionTo keep ice cream solid in the freezer area then the frig area is also below freezing. There is very little difference between the two areas -- 10 degrees. How do I keep frozen things frozen and not freeze the frig area.

- Answer Hey there. Only set the temperature control between COLDEST and OVER FREEZING if you want to quick freeze foods. When quick freezing is nished, set the control back to the COLDER position.Leaving the control set between COLDEST and OVER FREEZING for a long time can freeze items in the fresh food compartment. ~Anthony
