“This tv doesn’t allow you to change the aspect ratio or have a zoom feature that allows you to get rid of those huge black bars. This isn’t a problem on my other LG TV. Can anyone suggest another model?”

• You should be able to change the aspect ratio; Picture > Aspect Ratio > User Selection.
