LG Magic Remotes are Bluetooth devices that are only compatible with LG TVs that support Bluetooth. Regrettably, the LG UHD 70 Series 50 inch 4K Smart TV, Model # 50UN7000PUC does not support Bluetooth so it is not compatible with the LG magic Remote. Please try again later.If you have a programmable remote like the Logitech 665, for example, you use the online setup and just select the correct TV make and model (or one close to the one you have if it is too new and not listed!) from the furnished list and you will be all set. Remotes that take specific Vendor numbers are tough to use, I would say, and fairly limited as to what they can do. They also do not usually offer the multiple stage functions that you can get with units like the above, with several components all turned on in order, and set to the correct inputs and such. Very nice to have when using a separate sound system, Blue-Ray player etc.Otherwise too many buttons to push.
