“Netflix & Youtube app error I purchased LG smart tv 1 month ago. It was open box and it says nothing wrong with function. I tried to update or install Netflix & Youtube app but it keeps saying app is not installed. Please see the attached pictures.”

Hi Andrew. Regrettably, there aren't any pictures attached to your inquiry, but both the Netflix and YouTube app are already on the LG UHD 70 Series 50 inch 4K Smart TV, Model # 50UN7000PUC. If they are corrupted, you can delete the apps and then reinstall them from the LG Content Store and you should have an updated app for them.
