The HDMI ARC port (HDMI 2 ) on the LG UHD 70 Series 50 inch 4K Smart TV, Model # 50UN7000PUC is the only HDMI pot that sends audio upstream or downstream to a connected device that also has an HDMI ARC port. All the other HDMI ports on the TV are only HDMI inputs. You cannot transfer audio through both the HDMI ARC port and the Optical Digital Audio Out simultaneously. The Digital Sound Out settings for the TV can only be configured to send audio out through the Optical Digital Audio Out or through the HDMI ARC but not both...^IFV
