Action, just FYI, if you use as an hdmi monitor off a cable/ sat tv box (I.e. not use the over-the-air tuner) then it will work fine. I did same with an “ATSC model” in Australia (PAL country) for years. I also had a PAL Wii connected via the hdmi which worked well for the kids. You will need to use a voltage transformer naturally.

The German television (Fernsehen) standard used in Germany and most of Europe is not compatible with the television system used in the United States and Canada.
