“how do you turn off the (alexa? ) sound when setting up? I think it's for the visually impaired & I mistakenly kept it on voice. Driving me nuts”

• Go to all settings, the 3 dots, General, Accessibility, Audio guidance and turn it off. That’s fo the visually impaired/blind obviously. If that doesn’t work you’ll need to call the Geek Squad.
