• Netflix I don't know about Kodi But it does allow many apps to be downloaded.

• It has Netflix preinstalled but not Kodi. You may find Kodi on the LG marketplace.

• Has Netflix, just need to update at launch and it is ready. Don't know what Kodi is, but I didn't see any "Kodi" kinda app, so can't help with that question. Hope this is useful.
