Does it have picture off with volume still oni null

I'm not completely clear on your question. I have a Roku Plus for streaming. Regardless of the HDMI mode (local tv, dvd player, or ROKU streaming), if it is unused for a short time it goes into screen saver mode and then after about a minute the TV shuts off completely. I do not have the listening device on constantly, and I do not use the 'always ready' feature.
