“Just bought LG 55in C2 from best buy. I dont see Airplay option on home screen anywhere and even when I try to say airplay on the LG voice remote, it says the feature is not available at this time. Anyone have a fix for this? I”

I just use my phone and the tv pulls up when searching for something to AirPlay on and it works iv never looked for it on the tv tho

Please try again later.The LG C2 uses an "Always-on" screen share method, so when it is connected to the same WiFi as your Apple product, you should be able to find it under the "screen mirroring" option. When you select the TV for screen share, it prompts you to input a code. After that, whenever you screen share to the TV from your Apple product, it will automatically use Airplay. Additionally, if you are using an app with a built-in Airplay function, you can tap it in the app and select your TV from the options.
