The LG sound bar is about ½” higher than the front of the TV and blocks the red light sensor in the bottom center of the TV Consequently sometime Remote doesn’t function unless you raise it up and angle it down toward sensor. My Fix; I went to Lowe’s and purchased a 4’ x 10” x ½” maple wood board, cut it to fit the angles on my TV case, spray painted it black and put TV on top of it This raised the TV up high enough so that sensor is now visible while seated and TV remote functions all work

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Bob, That will depend on the height of the Soundbar that you place in front of the LG LG C9 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55C9PUA. There is a difference of 1 1/2" between the surface that the TV is installed on and the bottom of the TV's panel...^IFV
