• Yes it have closed captioning learning the remote I kept pushing it on accident .

• The LG OLED about which you asked is simply fantastic. The TV does accommodate closed-captioning when provided by the TV programmer. It is my understanding that the ability to provide CC (closed captioning) is a matter of law.
