The stand width is 39.3". ^Daphane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's about 39 or 40 inches wide for the base on the 55", the tv sticks out a few more inches on each side a little above it. It also is about 10 inches from front to back so make sure you have enough space that way also.
