QuestionI am trying to connect my Spectrum cable box to the magic remote. At the last step, after I've entered Spectrum's name, I get the error message "A temporary issue has occurred. Please check back later." Do these issues ever get resolved (it's been 5 days)

QuestionI just received by 55--CX9 and find that regardless of turning TRUE MOTION off and REAL CINEMA on for film watching, I still see residual "Soap Opera Effect" whenever there's movement. Any sugestions?

- Answer Turn off all those digitally enhanced modes. First thing I did when I bought the tv, Simple solution. They suck and you'll never have a problem again.

QuestionOur device behind our tv adjusts and attaches to our old tv by screws that looks like it can also be adjusted to the height of the tv. Can the LGOLED55CXPUA tv also attach by using this type of brace, for lack a better word. Wall Mount is what we desire.

QuestionDoes anyone have issues/solutions for getting a clearer picture while watching local cable channels? The picture quality is no where near the image projected in the store/ on Netflix or other apps. (We have a Fios ONE box, updated HDMI cord, etc.)

- Answer Yes, but it's not full 48Gbps HDMI 2.1, it's 40Gbps. It'll be able to handle everything Next-Gen consoles can throw at it. The only thing it won't be able to do is run Dolby Vision with 4K @120fps. It can do 4K @120fps with HDR, just not Dolby Vision. Dolby Vision will work with 4k @ 60fps

- Answer I bought it for $1449. The price fluctuates according to season and demand. I was patient and waited. So, my advice is, if you're not in a dire need of this tv, just wait. Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming and look out for this bargain price. Patience is key!
