Another big difference is that the GX supports ATSC 3.0, which means that the TV can handle over-the-air 4k broadcasts whenever TV stations in your market make that upgrade.

The difference is that the GX is thinner and is designed to mount flat on the wall (it is literally 1 inch thick). The GX comes with a wall mount designed for the TV. It doesn't come with a table top stand; you have to purchase that as an extra. So, unless a super thin wall mount is a priority, go with the CX; it is cheaper and comes with a stand. I liked the aesthetics of the GX and wanted a thin wall mount with a clean look, so I paid the extra $$ for the GX. Sound quality is surprisingly good for such a thin TV but if you want a deeper bass or rumble you will need to purchase a sound bar or home theater system.

Hence why the GX does not come with legs in the box. They must be purchased separately. The CX on the other hand is a bit thicker and can be either wall-mounted or sit on top of furniture. If you really want to get to the nitty-gritty, the CX has a 2.2 channel speaker set up pumping out 40w and the GX has a 4.2 channel system with 60w. Other than that the picture quality, processing power and features are virtually identical.

You will notice that you will see dashes in one area and the next section will show the specification.
