“Greetings, You said that the included mount can be pull up to 1 inch away from the wall, My question here is it ok if I left the TV not flushed to the wall and leave it hanging 1 inches away from it?”

Hi Josh. That is not the intended use for the included mount for the LG GX 55 inch Class with Gallery Design 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55GXPUA so we don't recommend that. Although you can extend out the TV using the provided flush wall mount, it is meant for the user to reach behind the TV easily for cable connection and push back in when finished. The TV has a VESA Wall Mount Pattern of 300 x 300 mm so you can use a third party Fuul Motion or Articulating VESA Compliant Wall Mount that supports the TV's Wall Mount pattern which is designed to let you pull the TV out and leave it out, but that type of mount will not let you mount the TV flush to the wall....^IFV
