• Absolutely not. This TV is engineered by LG to meet the electrical and broadcast standards of the USA, not other countries. The USA does not use either the PAL or the SECAM broadcast systems, which are only used in parts of Europe, Asia and South America. If you are planning on relocating to a country that uses either the PAL or SECAM broadcasting systems, DO NOT buy any TV set designed for use in the USA. You will just be throwing your money away. Buy a new TV in the country you are planning to relocate to that is intended to work there.
