Q: QuestionThe picture is not really crisp, I'm trying every picture mode and ratio (Vertical) so that the full picture is seen and nothing seems to sharpen it up. What is best ? ALSO, how can I shut the smart voice off--too annoying when changing channels etc.

• A:Answer The picture quality depends on the source. An hd source is good. 4k is the best source if available to you. If you using a straight cable line it will not be the best quality. What are you trying to use with it?

• A:Answer It's about 45 inches. The width of the legs sit in a bit from the screen. My stand is 48 inches long & the TV is 49 but it had great support with the legs. Screen size is measured diagonally like an X instead of straight across. Hope this helps.
