Hi Kate. We regret to read that the picture starts to break up about a half hour into your streaming videos on the LG NanoCell 86 Series 4K 55 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55SM8600PUA and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. When you say "streaming video" does that mean this is happening when you are using the preinstalled apps in the TV? Or is this while you watching TV programs? Is your service through a cable service provider or through an antenna? We will need more details to dteremine what the issue may be.
