• Yes, it does include apps. Netflix, Prime video, Disney+, and LG Channel are buttons on the remote and you can download others from the app store.

• Yes, the LG 55” Class UQ75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (55UQ7570PUJ) doesn't come and isn't compatible with Amazon Prime. Still, it comes with other pre-installed streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. :) ~Bridge
