• There are instructions via DirecTV for programming a remote to control many different brands of TV. Google this to get started. Technically this should be possible, but 'your mileage may vary'. I've programmed many different remotes for many different TVs over the years and not had an issue with it. Biggest issue has been having a single remote start controlling multiple TVs in the house, ack!
