“Can we use a (Steel/cast iron) Griddle on two "burners" at one time (Aka, Pancake Griddle)- assuming it otherwise has a flat bottom? This is very handy for making larger quantities of Pancakes OR when making homemade Tortillas from Masa OR Eng Muffins.”

The range does not support the feature where two heating elements act in unison with a single control. You could, I suppose, span two and control them using their individual controls. Seems, to me, that you'd wind up with a lower temp spot in the middle.
