No to aluminum foil, so most likely no to the mats, as well. Since this range has two self-clean options, messes can be easily cleaned. I also place things like casseroles, that might boil over on foil-lined baking sheets, and that doesn't cause the elements to overheat in spot, as does foil on the bottom of the oven.
