NO, I think they're lying or my stove is broken. It takes quite a while for the air-fry to heat to a safe level for cooking meat (above 350). I'd say at least 10 minutes. 15 for 450. I tried calling tech support and spent a while on tech support trying to get an answer before I was disconnected. The tech support person didn't seem to have any training or any general knowledge about ovens.

They had no training and couldn't tell me if 10 or 15 minutes to heat up with normal, or why the display tells me it's 400 degrees when it's only 250 degrees using an oven thermometer. I was eventually told to unplug my oven and wait ten minute. The support call disconnected me before the ten minutes was up.
