Hi. You can check this on the owner's manual. The air fry function is specially designed for oil-free frying. Turn the oven mode knob to select Air Fry. 400°F appears in the display Set the oven temperature. (Range: 300°F ~550°F. You can use Air fryer tray. • If you don't have the air fry tray, place food on a wire rack inside a foil-lined cookie pan. You can use standard rack, broiler pan. ^Vanessa
