“Does it have a way to turn on a timer or light on this range? I read this in a review and I'm wondering is this statement true? There is no built in timer and no oven light switch, you have to open the door for the light to come on. Thank you.”

The party who posted the comment related to the light and timer did not look too hard. Our black stainless LG double oven has a timer for each oven so you can time both. In addition you can use the timers independent of using the stove, I do this all the time. There is a panel on the back of the stove which is all touch screen. On the panel in addition to the timers, there is a button for oven light which again functions as it should!
