- Answer For general cleaning, use a cloth with hot soapy water. For more difficult soils and built-up grease, apply a liquid detergent directly onto the soil. Leave it on for 30 to 60 minutes. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners. To clean the stainless steel surfaces: 1 Place a small amount of stainless steel appliance cleaner or polish on a damp cloth or paper towel. 2 Clean a small area, rubbing with the grain of the stainless steel if applicable. 3 Dry and buff with a clean, dry paper towel or soft cloth. 4 Repeat as necessary ^CP

QuestionI have a ldg4315bd oven, Can the glide rack be used in the upper oven ON THE LOWEST POSITION? I have been unable to get it to fit since I purchased, very disappointing wanted to purchase a second one so both had gliding racks for easier use.

- Answer The electrical requirement for this LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection in Stainless Steel, Model # LDG4315ST is a 120 Volt, 60 Hz, properly grounded dedicated circuit protected by a 15 or 20 Amp circuit breaker, or slow blow fuse. Just make sure that you socket is electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70.

QuestionHow far does the range sit from the wall? Meaning how much do any features on the back of oven extend?

- Answer According to our information, it seems that the gas and electrical connections should properly fit behind the machine, in a space 3” from the left and reaching an additional 17 15/16” across. The clearance is also listed for 3 3/16” from the back wall. As this is a standard clearance for such a connection, it is recommended to check behind this range to see if there is anything obstructing the movement of this device. QuestionDoes the top oven need to pre-heat before the broiler lights? Our Maytag Gemini has to pre-heat which take @ least 5 minutes, which is unnecessary and a HUGE disappointment. Maytag says (after we bought it) that this is normal.

QuestionI got this LDG4315ST a few years ago, and love it. But the house I was in was LP gas, so I had it converted. Now I have moved and I have natural gas, no idea where the nozzles are. Is there a kit with the natural gas nozzles in it?

- Answer The answer to your question is yes there is a kit. However, you’d have to purchase it through the manufacturer and or get it from a local appliance repair shop which will probably buy it directly from the manufacturer. Really no easy way around it. BestBuy usually doesn’t carry the parts for these you’d have to do the leg work yourself. Hope this helps you out.

QuestionWe have this oven and are unable to use the convection oven on lower temperatures. Is this an issue with our oven or by design? The lowest we can go is 275 if we try lower it goes back to 275. Thanks
