“I have an Xbox one s hooked to this tv. Whenever I play a 4k movie it gives me a message like "the movie you are playing is 4k. Make sure the tv that is connected is 4k hdr". Something to that extent. Does anyone know why this is happening?”

• I am assuming you mean s video cable . If that is the case s video cables are not made to carry hd so that may be be the problem or why you are getting that message.

• You might need to update your HDMI wires. A 4k tv needs 4k HDMI for best t.v experience
