Yes this does have WebOS 3, it also has HDR Pro (HDR-10). Just got mine delivered yesterday and looks great. From the best I can tell this is the same as the 60UH6030 but is a special model number exclusive to Best Buy, as I cant find this exact model for sale anywhere else. (My guess is so they don't have to price match)
