• Be aware stores probably are showing 4K content on the 4K tv you purchased. If your not inputting 4K it won't look like it did in the store.

• There is a settings button on your remote. It should pop up on the left side of your screen, should be the first option. Now if you are talking about cable tv or what you get from your antenna. The quality with that will vary. In order to get the best quality you need a 4K player/ bluray player.
