It has free delivery via UPS/FedEx. Setup is not free and costs an additional $99. If you pay for setup, the tv will arrive via GeekSquad rather than UPS/FedEx and at that point yes they will set it up for you.

Best Buy will provide Standard Local Delivery of your TV. Charges apply for delivery outside local delivery area. The TV will be delivered into the room of your choice.
