I'm not 100% sure if the Huanuo table top stand you want to use will work. However, looking at the LG TV and the holes for mounts, I believe it may work with either a TV stand or wall mount. It may be more of a question for HUANUO or someone who bought a HUANUO TV stand. HUANUO states that it's universal, implying the it works with all or most model TVs.
