• Yes you can it is a smart tv with web os which means that as long as you have a internet connection you will be able to serf the web. You might want to try connecting your cell device for faster typing via the lg tv plus app but if not more power to you or buy the expensive magic remote.

• Yes it has a web browser and many other apps including Amazon YouTube Netflix Hulu etc.

• Yes, but its fairly slow with just a remote. Not sure if you can hook up a USB mouse/keyboard or get LG's magic remote.
