It has 4 2.1 HDMI ports that supports higher frame rates for when video game consoles and such do adopt hdmi 2.1. It does not support 8K
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. While it is true that 8K OLEDs do exist, the 65 C9 models can only show up to 4K, even with a 2.1 HDMI. The only models you can actually get 8K resolution is typically the larger flagship TVs for LG and Sony or the Samsung QLED 8K. However you trade off perfect blacks and better overall quality when going with a QLED, and most content is not 8K compatible yet anyway, so you’re going to be watching most 8K TVs in 4K resolution. All that said, the 65 C9 is a spectacular tv and you’ll get much better quality than a QLED, but you can’t get 8K on it. Hope this helps.
