“I purchased an LG model OLED55GXPUA. In July 2021. I am now being told that the 5 year panel warranty does not apply to this model. Is this true?”

• The 2020 LG GX 55-inch Class with Gallery Design 4K Smart OLED TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6" Diag), Model # OLED55GXPUA, only comes with a One (1) year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of original retail purchase for Parts and Labor (internal/functional parts only). It does not have a 5-Year Display Panel Warranty. LG started offering a 5-Year Display Panel warranty for its OLED TVs in 2021, which applied to all the 55, 65 and 77-inch G1 screen sizes sold throughout the United States,...^Ivan.
